My passion for catering is rooted in my parents. Mum happened to be the cook in the local primary school and Dad worked as an entrepreneur. Mum’s enthusiasm has always inspired me, her dedication, the joy we had as children thanks to her love and the way she put her heart and soul into feeding her family and the children at school.
That’s when I decided that I wanted to do something like that. I wanted to have a profession that inspires me, as well as others.
I decided I wanted to run my own business after I finished my studies. Luckily my career choices helped me to channel all my life experiences into my dream project.
I feel that this is where I belong, I have come home.
Enriched in experience, inspired and fired-up by ideas, I envisioned a place, where not only the guest feel relaxed and at home, the stuff does too, I want them to feel part of the coffeehouse. An establishment where people can feel part of a family. A place where people can be open towards each other, like old friends who have just met, and feel themselves home away from home.
It all started on a sleepy, misty morning on 24th February 2015, when the idea of the coffeehouse was born in my head. I envisioned an island, a beach themed gallery, and a garden with hammocks… and the rest is history…
